This was a long time coming. 1 TEL for a single missile was just dumb. Now Iran has a truly Iskander-like system.
نه شرقی، نه غربی، جمهوری اسلامی

Guys is Iranian Fateh-110 as capable as Iskander missile?

Not there yet but fateh family is inclined in that direction. Its just matter of few years I suppose that newer version of Zolfaghar will be in class of Iskander.

Considering the attack against the Kurdish groups, the missile design is already there when it comes to accuracy, BUT the fact that only two missiles really hit the target indicates problems related to production quality control. Three of the missiles seem to have fallen in the general area of the target, possibly hitting other targets but those two hits - one straight through the roof of the conference hall indicate that the design itself has CEP that is around the CEP of Iskander.

Missile only with INS guidance such as usual Fateh-110 impossible to achieve the accuracy of Iskander.
Iskander besides INS have also sattelite guidance system or electro-optical homing system. Iran similar electro-optical homing system besides INS used for Khalij Fars missiles in order to achieve high-precision hitting the target.

Look at the videos Sepah released (strike against Kurds in Iraq). It shows pinpoint accuracy. One of the warheads not only hit the right building, but went through the roof of the conference hall and the other one missed doing that by metres.

Yes, but problem all missiles with INS-only guidance, that accuracy is unstable and strongly depends on the ideal accuracy of determining the coordinates of launcher and target before launch.  The slightest mistake can lead to a noticeable deterioration in accuracy. This is especially important in the conditions of war against a serious enemy, when it is necessary to constantly change positions and crews will be under severe stress.

I would consider attacking the Kurds in Iraq first with air Missiles
And rockets
